Can I use your photos as a reference?
Sure, feel free to use my photos as a reference for digital/traditional drawings or paintings as long as it does not portray a negative message regarding animals. Just please credit me by putting a link to my deviation, and send me a link to it when it's posted, I'd love to see it.

Can I use your photos as stock?
No, my work is not stock and may not be used as such. All of my work is copyrighted and may not be modified in any way.

Which camera(s) do you use?
I have two cameras, though I rarely use my older one anymore. My main camera is a Canon Powershot SX10IS and my older camera is a Canon Powershot A400.

How do you get close-ups of the animals?
It really depends on where each photo was taken, some zoos make it very easy to get close ups and others are more difficult. It also depends on the animal itself, some will come right up to you and others are more shy and therefore harder to photograph.

Where are your photos taken?
I take photos basically everywhere I go so there's a wide variety of locations. Most of my photos have the location written in the artists comments.

How do you get to interact with the animals like the ones in your IDs?
Some zoos have the option to pay extra and interact with some of the animals, and others will have specific areas in the zoos where you can interact with animals such as a deer trail or petting zoo.

Can I edit your journal skin or use the codes to make my own?
Yes, feel free to change the font, CSS, put your own images, etc. The only requirement is that you must leave the credits and the images you use must be your own, you may not edit the images I used.

How do you make the journal skins?
Journal skins are made using CSS and HTML. You can learn more about them from tutorials on dA and other websites.

Can you help me with a problem I'm having with one of your journal skins?
Absolutely, I'm glad to help. Keep in mind that I can't be here to answer questions 24/7 so please be sure to read the artists comments for journal skins and the "read me" file for any downloadable css in my gallery first. Also, if you have a question please send me a note rather than a comment as it will be easier to keep track of.

Why did the images in the journal skin disappear?
If this happens, it's because of a problem with the image hosting service or server. Sometimes when dA allows members without premium memberships to use journal skins it causes my hosting account to reach the bandwidth limit and basically shut down for a certain amount of time. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to fix this when it happens.

What does the latin text in your journal previews mean?
The text used in those preview journals is called Lorem Ipsum, it is considered "dummy text" and is simply used as a filler. You can read more about it here www.lipsum.co.uk/
